Sarit Firon, Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Firon comes to Extreme Reality with over 20 years of business experience in leadership positions in the technology industry overseeing global operations, strategy and finance for several companies. Ms. Firon led two companies to an Initial Public Offering on NASDAQ and led two major M&A transactions to Cisco and DG . Ms. Firon joined Extreme Reality from Kenshoo where she served as Chief Financial Officer and helped the company scale as a global leader in digital marketing. Prior to Kenshoo Ms. Firon was CFO of MediaMind where she played a key role managing the company’s growth to 450 employees across 35 countries in addition to leading the successful initial public offering (IPO) and subsequent sale to DG. Ms. Firon also served as CFO of P-Cube, which was acquired by Cisco Systems. Sarit holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Tel-Aviv University, Israel.
Dor Givon, Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Serial innovative entrepreneur with vast experience in computer vision and image processing algorithms and 3D computer animation. Prior to Extreme Reality Dor developed a 3D 360° video camera, acquired by Micoy in 2004. This innovation was declared the 2nd best technology in the world for 2005.
Avi Yalon, CFO
Prior to joining Extreme Reality (XTR3D) Avi was Co-Founder, Vice chairman of the BOD and CEO of Petratec, a leading provider of AVI (Automated Vehicle Identification) technology and service systems technology. Avi also established Gasngo Mexico ,a service company based on the AVI technology. Prior to Petratec Avi served as Head of Business Development and CFO of the retail division at the Paz oil company. Avi also served as CFO of the Messaging division at Comverse (CMVT nasdaq listed). Previously Avi established and served as CFO at Pazomat (a Paz subsidiary) the first service company based on AVI technology in the world. Avi holds a B.A in Economics and Business Administration and M.A in Economics and Finance both from Bar-Ilan University in Israel.
Dr. Einat Orr, VP R&D
Executive R&D manager with diverse experience in algorithms and software development. Prior to XTR3D, Einat was Chief Scientist and Vice President R&D of Correlix and held leading roles in algorithms and software development at Flash Networks, Compugen (CGEN), and Glycodata. Einat was awarded her Ph.D. in Mathematics from Tel Aviv University.
Asaf Barzilay, VP Products
Asaf brings over 10 years of experience in IT and mobile communications, with extensive hands-on and executive track record in product and project management. Prior to Extreme Reality (XTR3D) Asaf was VP Products at Logia Group, and led key OEM projects and product management operations at modu mobile. Previously Asaf established and managed the product group at Samsung Telecom Research Israel. Asaf holds a BA in Political Science/International Relations, and is an adjunct lecturer at the School of Communications at the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzlyia.
Efrat Shapira, VP Human Resources
Efrat is a highly experienced HR professional, former Executive Vice President, Human Resources Ness Technologies and currently CEO Human Impact, High End HR services and Partner and founder of Rosh Technologies, company expertise in data verification projects. Efrat holds MSc in Organizational Psychology, and BA Political Science and Psychology.
